Business Council for the Arts (BCA)
Business Council for the Arts (BCA) is a nonprofit business membership organization, founded in 1988 by Raymond D. Nasher and other business leaders in Dallas, committed to improving quality of life and fostering economic development through active and effective business participation in support of arts & culture. Their mission is to create strong business/arts partnerships that build world-class communities where people want to live, work and grow.

Leadership Arts Institute is a program specifically designed by BCA for emerging leaders in the arts in North Texas. Leadership Arts focuses upon the challenges facing arts organizations as they deal with the economic, political and artistic realities of today. Candidates are selected from a group of enlightened, educated and committed citizens. This program provides training and awareness through a series of quality classes, expert resource speakers, and exposure to the needs and operations of all levels and sizes of arts organizations.
